MVA academy offers individual instruction in Piano, wind and brass instruments for any student. For 2010, Individual music instruction will be following the curriculum guidelines of the Associate Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM). Grades 1- 8.
Students are encourage to keep moving on one level per year and at least, be able to graduate from Highschool with level 7th completed. The syllabus intends to prepare the student for scholarship applications once they reach college.
Students will receive individual instruction according to their schedule. In addition to the individual instruction, the student is required to be part of the MVA Band and participate in all Band activities throghout the yeat.
Individual instruction is paied separetely to the MVA Music Department and has a cost of $15.00 per lesson.
